To talk about OLTREMATERIA is to unveil a water-based and certified continuous surface system for floor and wall coverings.
The product’s adaptability is infinite: vertical and horizontal surfaces, with perfect performance even on radiant floors, applicable on flat or textured surfaces, customizable in color and composition, non-toxic, fireproof, breathable and frost-free.
The OLTREMATERIA project is a guarantee of an excellent author’s product, made with the utmost care and professionalism at all stages, thanks to the many years of experience of our highly qualified staff who are constantly updating on the development and experimentation of new processing techniques.
Our materials and continuous surfaces have been subjected to rigorous International laboratory tests and at construction sites around the World to put their performance to the test.
The results show that Oltremateria has above-normal strength qualities.
The strengths and technical characteristics of Oltremateria have been tested under mechanical, thermal, residual impression, impact, wear, fire, cracking, chemical, corrosive, food contact, and VOC stresses .
It is also produced totally in ITALY in ISO 9001 certified laboratories.
Waterproofing was also repeatedly tested, and achieved excellent results while maintaining, very importantly, however throughout the thickness of the cycle, some vapor breathability allowing the substrate to breathe.
Because of its superior technical characteristics, Oltremateria is also suitable and certified for covering radiant floors: it has excellent thermal conductivity, which allows it to heat up much sooner, speeding up the radiation process. The more the material conducts heat, the lower the consumption: this means your house will heat up much sooner, and you can save on your utility bill as well.
